You’ve done the therapy.
You’ve worked with the ADHD coach.

The systems help for a while.
Until they don’t.

The trauma work can feel heavy.
The routines slip and peace still feels just out of reach.

Joy.
Ease.
That quiet sense of being enough.

They hover nearby, but never quite land.

Not because you’re failing.
And not because you haven’t tried hard enough.

Often, it’s because most approaches focus on coping better,
not on helping your nervous system feel safe enough to rest.

Misunderstood?

I‘ve Been Where You Are.

II know what it’s like to be a person with ADHD and autism asking,
“Why can’t I get this right?”

I lived that cycle for years.
Moving from therapy to therapy.
Trying every system.
Doing the work.

And still feeling like nothing reached the deeper layers.

I understand the overwhelm.
The masking.
The constant effort to hold things together.
The longing for peace that never quite stays.

From the outside, life looked fine.
Inside, I was exhausted and stuck in survival mode, quietly misunderstood.

What changed things for me wasn’t more discipline or a tighter routine.

It was reconnecting with what had been missing.
My inner foundation.
My self-worth.
My intuition.
The parts of me I had learned to silence in order to cope.

Now, as an intuitive coach with a trauma-informed clinical background, I support others in building that foundation gently and safely.

Our work isn’t about fixing you or pushing for progress.
It’s about strengthening self-worth, understanding boundaries, honouring your nervous system, and learning to live in a way that actually fits you.

Without pressure.
Without perfection.

You don’t need to fight your brain.

You need a space where your brain, body, and intuition are finally listened to together.
