and making changes that don’t cost you your nervous system.
What to Expect
During our sessions, I use a blend of coaching tools, intuitive insight, and ritual guidance to help you shift from confusion to clarity. My approach is structured but fluid, meaning we’ll always follow what your energy and situation genuinely need.
My Coaching Approach
Grounded Spirituality: I bridge practical coaching frameworks with intuitive methods. You’ll receive guidance rooted in real life, no vague mysticism or unattainable routines.
Gentle Structure: Each session follows a rhythm that supports focus, reflection, and action. We’ll identify what feels blocked or uncertain, uncover the message beneath it, and create tangible steps forward.
Neurodivergent-Inclusive: As someone who understands ADHD patterns and emotional cycles, I design sessions that honour pacing, sensory needs, and attention flow, without pressure to perform.
Energy Awareness: Together, we may use tarot, guided reflection, or ritual prompts to help externalise what’s happening internally. These tools aren’t predictions, they’re mirrors that help reveal patterns and possibilities.

Reflective Dialogue: Open conversation designed to uncover hidden beliefs and reframe stories.
Tarot & Symbolic Insight: Used as a neutral lens for self-discovery, not fortune-telling.
Visualisation Practices: Grounding or empowerment exercises to connect body and intuition.
Ritual Alignment: Simple personalised actions (like journaling, candle work, or nature grounding) to help anchor insights into daily life.
Accountability & Integration: Follow-up reflections and small rituals between sessions to support consistency and self-trust.
What to Expect
Session 1: Discovery & DirectionWe’ll explore where you are now and what you most want to shift. You’ll leave with clarity, grounding tools, and one simple focus to begin realignment.
Ongoing Sessions: Each session builds gently on the last, meeting you where you are emotionally and energetically. You’ll notice subtle but lasting changes, clearer boundaries, emotional regulation, intuitive confidence, and renewed purpose.
Between Sessions: You’ll have access to short reflection prompts or rituals (shared privately via email or WhatsApp) to help keep you aligned between meetings. These are optional but deeply supportive.
The Intention
You don’t need fixing, you need space to remember yourself. My role is to help you come home to that space with compassion, consistency, and gentle accountability.
