The Coaching Space

Coaching is a safe space to pause, reflect, and reset. It isn’t me telling you how to live your life (no clipboard, no stopwatch). It’s a guided conversation where we uncover what’s holding you back, reconnect you with your own wisdom, and shape practical steps you can actually follow through on.

What Coaching Is Not

  • Not therapy – we’re not digging into deep past trauma.

  • Not fortune telling – though I may bring in intuitive tools like tarot if it feels aligned.

  • Not a lecture – I’m not here to boss you about; I’m here to hold space while you find your own clarity.

My Approach

Although this is spiritual coaching, it’s also diverse. At its core, I help you realign with yourself — your energy, your choices, your next steps. If you want to explore more (rituals, tarot, mindfulness, deeper awakening), that’s up to you. You’re in the driver’s seat.

I blend professional coaching methods with intuitive practices, so sessions feel part structured, part magical – grounding you in the everyday while opening doors to deeper realignment.

Session 1 | Realignment/Awakening

  • Opening

    • Begin with a gentle welcome and intention setting.

    • If you’d like, light a candle or place a ritual object nearby to mark this as your space.

    • I’ll remind you: “This is your time to slow down and reconnect with yourself. There’s no pressure, no expectations.”

    Core Flow

    • Check-in – I’ll invite you to share: “How are you arriving today? What energy are you carrying with you?”

    • Reflection – Together we’ll explore where you feel out of alignment — in your boundaries, your energy, your identity, or the everyday pressures you’re navigating.

    • Intuitive Tools (optional) – If it feels supportive, we can bring in tarot or another tool to open new perspectives.

    • Coaching Dialogue – Our focus will be on your realignment. I’ll ask: “What does realignment look like for you right now?”

    • Practical Anchor – You’ll choose a grounding practice that resonates for you — breath, journaling, or a mantra — to take away from the session.

    Closing

    • We’ll recap the themes that stood out for you.

    • You’ll choose one small, realistic shift to carry forward into your week.

    • I’ll offer a reflection prompt for your journaling: “Where do I notice my energy being pulled, and where do I want it to return?”

Session 2 | Shadow/Release

  • Opening

    • We’ll begin by setting the tone: “Today is about noticing what feels heavy for you, and what’s ready to shift.”

    • You’ll take a gentle grounding breath to arrive fully in the space.

    Core Flow

    • Check-in – You’ll reflect on how the shift from Session 1 has felt for you since we last met.

    • Exploration – We’ll look together at what feels sticky, draining, or repetitive in your life right now.

    • Shadow Work Tool – If it feels supportive, you’ll work with a tool like tarot, journaling, or mirror work.

    • Prompt: “What part of me needs compassion rather than judgement?”

    • Coaching Dialogue – We’ll explore the patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, always at your pace.

    • Ritual Element – You’ll be guided through a small release ritual of your choice — perhaps writing and tearing a note, lighting a candle, or visualising what you’re letting go.

    Closing

    • We’ll recap the moments of clarity that stood out for you.

    • You’ll choose one release action to carry forward into the coming weeks.

    • Journaling prompt to continue your reflection: “If I put this weight down, what space opens up for me?”

Session 3 | Intention/Integration

  • Opening

    • We’ll begin by setting the space for renewal: “This is your moment to weave everything together — from what you’ve released into what you’re now ready to welcome.”

    • If you’d like, you can light a candle or create a small ritual space to mark this as your time.

    Core Flow

    • Check-in – You’ll reflect on what you’ve released and the changes you’ve noticed since our last session.

    • Visioning Exercise – I’ll guide you through a visualization where you imagine yourself three months ahead, grounded and aligned.

    • Coaching Dialogue – We’ll explore together: “What intentions feel most alive for you right now?”

    • Intuitive Support (optional) – If it feels right, we can use tarot or another tool for guidance on your integration path.

    • Integration Plan – You’ll co-create 2–3 practical actions or rituals that feel realistic and sustainable for you.

    Closing

    • I’ll share an affirmation for you to carry forward: “I honour the shifts I’ve made, and I trust myself moving forward.”

    • You’ll be invited to keep tracking your journey — through rituals, noticing signs, or journaling reflections.

    • We’ll close with gratitude for the work you’ve done and the energy you’ve reclaimed.

Discovery Call

Before stepping into the full Reset, you’re invited to book a short discovery call. This isn’t a coaching session — it’s simply time for us to connect, hear where you are right now, and see if my way of working feels supportive for you.

What to Expect

  • 30 minutes via Zoom or phone.

  • A calm, open conversation about what you’d like to shift.

  • Space to ask questions about how the 3-Session Reset works.

  • A chance to feel whether our energy is a good fit — because that matters.

There’s no pressure here, only clarity. If it feels aligned, we’ll take the next step together and book your sessions.
