Coaching Agreement

This Coaching Agreement is designed to create clarity and alignment between us before we begin. By booking sessions with me, you agree to the following:

What I Offer

• I provide spiritual coaching and guidance through my Channel & Shift framework.

• Sessions are held online via Google Meet (or Zoom if needed).

• My role is to hold a safe, supportive space, offer tools and insights, and guide you towards your own clarity and alignment.

What Coaching Is (and Isn’t)

• Coaching is a space for personal growth, empowerment, and self-discovery.

• Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal, or financial advice.

• I do not guarantee specific results — your progress depends on your own choices, actions, and integration of the work.

Your Commitment

• Show up on time, prepared, and present.

• Take personal responsibility for your growth, choices, and actions.

• Communicate any accessibility needs, so I can adapt to support you.

• Respect the 24-hour cancellation policy (see full Refund & Cancellation Policy).

My Commitment

• To show up fully present and prepared for each session.

• To provide written feedback notes after each coaching session.

• To maintain confidentiality — what you share stays in the coaching space.

• To respect your autonomy and never push you into decisions.

Payments

• All sessions are to be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Payments are non-refundable, except where cancellation is made by me.

Confidentiality

• All conversations are confidential unless disclosure is required by law (for example, where there is risk of harm).

• Your notes and details are stored securely in line with my Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

This Coaching Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coaching Sessions

• All paid sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no extra cost.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.

• Free discovery sessions cannot be rescheduled more than once.

Digital Products & Downloads

• All digital sales (PDFs, workbooks, ritual guides, altar resources) are final and non-refundable.

• If you have technical issues with a download, please email 📧 spiritualcoaching@devinetangent.com.

Cancellations by Me

• If I need to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Disclaimer

• Coaching, spiritual guidance, and resources from Channel & Shift are designed for personal growth and empowerment.

• Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical care, legal, or financial advice.

• I do not guarantee specific outcomes — your results depend on your own commitment, choices, and actions.

• By booking or using resources, you accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing and decisions.

Intellectual Property Notice

• All materials on this website (text, downloads, workbooks, ritual guides, altar resources, videos) are the intellectual property of Christine Goodwin (Channel & Shift) unless otherwise credited.

• These are provided for personal use only.

• You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute content without written consent.

• Breaches of this policy may result in termination of access or legal action under UK copyright law.
