This container suits people who are functioning on the outside but feel overloaded, disconnected, or unsure how to sustain themselves long term.

How it works:
Duration: 3-month container
Sessions: Opening session, 2 coaching sessions per month, and a closing integration session
Support: Midpoint check-in plus optional reflective support via WhatsApp/email (non-urgent, during working hours)
Format: Sessions via Teams, phone, or walking sessions (location-dependent)
3-Month Coaching Container
This is the recommended entry point for all new clients. It is designed for those feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, or disconnected. If you are ready to slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface, we start here.
The focus is on regulation, self-understanding, and permission. There is no pressure to “fix” yourself or perform change.
Integration · Embodied Insight · Deeper Support
In addition to the Foundation container, I also offer longer-term coaching for clients who wish to continue working together. This stage focuses on deeper integration through body-led awareness, reflective work, and practical support. It is paced, collaborative, and shaped around the individual rather than a fixed process.
This may include:
Somatic and nervous system–aware coaching
Exploring patterns, triggers, and long-held responses
Reflective practices to support insight and integration
Collaborative planning for sustainable change
This service is not booked directly. It is discussed once a foundation of regulation and trust has been established. Available by conversation only.
Alignment · Sustainability · Long-Term Support
For a small number of clients, I offer extended coaching support focused on long-term sustainability rather than short-term change. This stage is about consolidation, embedding insights into daily life, work, and relationships in a way that reduces burnout and supports lasting well-being.
This may include:
Ongoing support through periods of transition or identity change
Establishing personal systems that respect capacity and energy
Long-term burnout prevention and maintenance
Gradual integration of insights into real-world contexts
This service is not booked directly and is offered selectively, following previous coaching work.
