My practice is rooted in confidentiality, professionalism, and is inclusive. These principles guide every aspect of my work, so you know exactly what to expect when working with me.

Privacy & Confidentiality

• All coaching sessions, conversations, and personal details are treated as strictly confidential.

• Your contact details are used only for agreed communication (coaching, resources, subscribed emails).

• I am GDPR-compliant and will never share your information with third parties.

• The only exceptions are where there is a clear risk of harm to yourself/others or where disclosure is required by law.

Professional Standards

• I am a CPD-certified Spiritual Coach with professional training in leadership, nursing, trauma-awareness, and safeguarding.

• My approach is inclusive and neurodiversity-aware, supporting ADHD and Autism needs.

• I combine evidence-based coaching with intuitive practices (ritual, tarot, Reiki-in-training), always with your consent.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coaching Sessions

• Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no extra cost.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.

• Free discovery sessions cannot be rescheduled more than once.

Digital Products & Downloads

• All digital sales (PDFs, workbooks, ritual guides, altar resources) are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations by Me

• If I need to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
